All of our courses have a practical, work-based focus, which means that you have the opportunity to try out new tools and techniques learnt in the classroom in a safe environment before you take them back into your workplace and apply them for real.

Study modes
Whether you want to study in a classroom environment (day, evening or weekends), via a blended (virtual) learning environment or as a distance learning student (CMI only) we have something for you. Courses don’t just start in September, you can join us at different points in the year and you don’t have to study all year. You can pick and mix the subjects, length of time you spend studying, size of the qualification and where you actually want to study (in the classroom, at home, at work or at the library!). Our flexible course offering means that busy professionals like you really can balance work/life and study commitments while improving your knowledge and skills to help you progress your career.
Experienced trainers and facilitators
We believe that you can only benefit from learning from individuals who are experts with a proven track record in their specialism, as well as being seasoned, qualified trainers. That’s why we only employ tutors and trainers who can do exactly that.
All of our tutors have considerable practical experience, having worked in middle and senior management positions across a range of private, public and charitable organisations in the UK and abroad. They also have experience working as trainers, lecturers and facilitators across a range of courses and levels and hold either a Certificate in Education or a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education as well as a masters and/or higher level qualification in their subject specialism.
