Concessionary rates are now offered on all CIPD and AAT Level 2 and 3.

Management programmes

We offer a range of flexible professional management and leadership courses which are awarded by Professional Management Bodies.

The qualifications are designed for managers and/or aspiring managers, to support the development of their leadership and management skills in personal development, leadership, management resources, information, performance, customer and market awareness.

We encourage you to choose the course to suit your needs. Firstly, you can select the level of the qualification (complexity and depth of learning) and the size of the qualification (the volume of learning) which depends upon the number of modules taken and credits achieved and can lead to an award, certificate or diploma.

Study modes

Whether you want to study in a classroom environment (day, evening or weekends), via a blended (virtual) learning environment or as a distance learning student (where applicable) we have something for you. Courses don’t just start in September, you can join us at different points in the year and you don’t have to study all year. You can pick and mix the subjects, length of time you spend studying, size of the qualification and where you actually want to study (in the classroom, at home, at work or at the library!). Our flexible course offering means that busy professionals like you really can balance work/life and study commitments while improving your knowledge and skills to help you progress your career.

Experienced trainers and facilitators

We believe that you can only benefit from learning from individuals who are experts with a proven track record in their specialism, as well as being seasoned, qualified trainers. That’s why we only employ tutors and trainers who can do exactly that.

All of our tutors have considerable practical experience, having worked in middle and senior management positions across a range of private, public and charitable organisations in the UK and abroad. They also have experience working as trainers, lecturers and facilitators across a range of courses and levels and hold either a Certificate in Education or a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education as well as a masters and/or higher level qualification in their subject specialism.
