Information, Advice & Guidance

Our team of friendly, helpful and professional course advisers and information assistants at our College Information Centres (CICs) will provide you with clear and impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG) to support you in making the right choices about what to study to help you achieve your potential in learning for work. This includes course and careers advice and information on entry criteria, progression routes, enrolment and fees. They can also help you with completing your College application form and have a range of careers publications and software packages which you can use.

Our services are free to everyone and are available throughout the year.

Accreditation

We are MATRIX accredited – this means that our staff and services have been successfully assessed and awarded a nationally recognised quality kitemark. We are also one of the many partners of Next Step which enables us to assist you in accessing a broad range of advice services within the partnerships.
