"I came to live in London from Lybia 2 years ago and have grown so much during my time at the College. My tutor was not just teacher he was a mentor and offered me amazing help and support.

Before I started my course I believed that places at top universities were only for privileged students. I am so pleased to have secured a place at University College London."

"I was very excited when I first started college. It was a new experience for me. Today is equally exciting. I am very happy to be here collecting my results. I took A levels in Economics, Maths and Business and got two A’s and a B I would like a career in finance so am planning to go to Queen Mary university to study Economics. I don’t have any brothers and sisters that have been to the college already but I would definitely recommend it because you are well supported here and the teaching is delivered very well."

"I’ve  gained good communication and interpersonal skills though the extra-curricular activities I have taken part in. I’ve received amazing support from both teaching and non-teaching staff and this has made my time at the College memorable. I believe that once you study, you can achieve anything. I would recommend the college to people because of the amazing time I have had."

“My goal is to study English at university – I will be starting my course at Cambridge University. My tutors helped me to perfect my personal statement on my UCAS application form. I feel that although all students are adults and have responsibility for their learning – it is good to know that the right support is available at College to encourage you to do well. The tutors at College have taught me to persevere and not give up”

"Now that I have received the grades that I wanted I will be going to Imperial College London to study Computer Science. My course helped me to prepare for my exams and gave me the skills I need to pass them.  My teacher taught me important self –study skills that ensured that I was able to meet deadlines.  The facilities at the college are great; there was always a computer available in the Learning Centre.

Education is a powerful tool; it prepares you for life’s challenges."
