Fees indicated are based on the current year (August 2015 to July 2016) and are subject to change next year.
All our further education courses (Entry to Level 3) are free if you are 16-18 years old. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for financial support to help with other costs associated with your course such as course materials and travel.
If you are aged 19 or over you may be required to pay fees.
If you are enrolling onto a Level 3 or 4 course and are over 24 years of age the fees may be higher and you will be required to take out a 24+ loan, please see the guide to fees for more information.
International students will be required to pay the full International course fee.

This course is for you if you have passed and completed Level 1, or possess an intermediate knowledge of IT office packages such as Word and Excel, and wish to develop greater understanding of the applications listed below. With cloud technology rapidly evolving learners will also be introduced to google applications.
The City & Guilds iTQ L2 Certificate for IT Users is an excellent way to develop your confidence in using various features of software applications that can help you improve the quality of your work and provide excellent skills required to get into employment, or develop the skills for personal use or for your studies.
Level 2 units include:
- Improving Productivity using IT – this is an extremely important unit and a key interview question;
- Word Processing;
- Hardware unit.
Literacy and numeracy L1 minimum, Level 1 iTQ or similar qualification subject to interview. Ideally would be progressing from the Level 1 course.
In class assessments.
After successful completion of this level 2 course, you will have the opportunity to progress into employment.
We also offer the L3 iTQ with professional qualifications such as CIW (Certified Internet Web Professional) and Comptia A+.
In class learning and independent study. You will learn in dedicated classrooms and IT labs with the latest software and equipment. This course is offered at Hammersmith & Fulham College over 3 days (16 hours) for 6 weeks.
