Fees indicated are based on the current year (August 2016 to July 2017) and are subject to change next year.
Our further education courses (Entry to Level 3) are usually free if you are 16-18 years old. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for financial support to help with other costs associated with your course such as course materials and travel.
If you are aged 19 or over you may be required to pay fees.
If you are enrolling onto a Level 3 or 4 course and are over 19 years of age the fees may be higher and you will be required to take out an Advanced Learning Loan, please see the guide to fees for more information.
International students will be required to pay the full International course fee.

No formal entry requirements needed, however we expect learners to work towards Functional Skills Entry 3 English and Maths. Where appropriate students may work towards Level 1 Functional Skills. Students may also complete GCSE resits whilst completing the course especially if you are hoping to progress onto Level 2 programmes
City & Guilds On-line examination and practical assessments. English and Maths -Online or paper-based exams City & Guilds Oral Examination, Practical Demonstration/Assignment
Level 1 and Level 2 in Construction trades. Most successful candidates will stay with us to further their skills in a trade specific route at Level 1 or Level 2. After completing this course candidates may be able to find employment of a general nature on a construction site. Most learners will want to progress onto a level 1 trade specific route at the College.
You'll learn usually in a group within a classroom or workshop environment. You'll be assessed on your practical skills and the knowledge you gain, perhaps by completing practical tasks or quizzes. You will also complete introduction practical's of the work involved in different building services jobs.
2.5 day a week comprising of practical, theory and functional skills sessions.
