General English for Cambridge exams: IELTS, FCE
Refunds are only made in exceptional circumstances such as sickness or travelling, you will also be required to pay an administrative fee of £20. The college reserves the right to request evidence such as medical certificates or proof of travel arrangements. Should refunds be requested for reasons other than those listed above, the IELTS test centre will retain 25% of the course fee.
