Performing Arts
It's not all about being the next Orlando Bloom, Eminem,
Madonna or Beyonce; it can be about being an
agent, choreographer, lighting or set designer,
prop and scene maker or stage manager. Many
Performing Arts students dream of the big time,
but there are various other rewarding jobs in this
exciting industry.
You will need to be creative,
outgoing, practical and able to work on your own
initiative. In return we will give you the confidence
to develop your creative skills as an actor, dancer,
singer, or musician.
You will benefit from using our modern Performing
Arts Centre, complete with theatre and music
technology facilities and get the
opportunity to perform or take part in workshops
and residencies in local venues such as The Lyric
Theatre and The Riverside Studios. Stars such as Terri Walker,
Estelle and Marcus Brigstocke have studied on Performing Arts courses at the College and the on-going
popularity of our Performing Arts courses
demonstrates high standards in both our teaching
and the facilities at the College.
