Our Inclusive Learning students got into the Christmas spirit yesterday selling Christmas cards, candles, soap, decorations and tasty treats they had made themselves.
The event was hosted in the lobby at Hammersmith and Fulham College with the money raised to go towards an end of year trip for the students involved.
It also showcased one of the many ways the Inclusive Learning tutors help teach students independence, enterprise, creativity and money skills through real, practical applications.
Student Jowita Vassilev was very proud of the work everybody put in, and was especially pleased with the success of the day saying:
“It's really good because we put the cards on display and people are buying them. We took lots of pictures and I’d like to do it again”.
