HND Graphic design students are exhibiting their work at the Apothecary Gallery.
HND Graphic design students from Ealing, Hammersmith & West London's College are exhibiting their work at Apothecary Gallery on 7 June for one week. The exhibition is titled 'Fresh Faces' displaying work from final year Higher National Diploma Graphics students.
A private view will be held on Tuesday 7 June 6-9pm at the Apothecary Gallery, 33 Greyhound Rd, W6 8NH. The private view is open to the public and is free to attend, no RSVP required. The exhibition is then open to the public at Apothecary Gallery from Tue 7 - Tue 14 June 2016. Opening times are variable, please contact the gallery before you arrive.
The end of year show coincides with Apothecary Gallery's annual Arts Education Programme Exhibition Series, a programme funded by the gallery, where a group of Graphic design, Art and Photography students' work is selected to go on display in the gallery during Spring/Summer.
The aim of the programme is to give young people the opportunity to work with a gallery and to help them develop their confidence and social skills. Students on the programme get to meet with industry experts, learn how to curate an exhibition, deliver the marketing and promotion of the exhibition and sell their work to the public.
At the Fresh Faces exhibition, you can expect to see cutting edge one-off pieces produced by upcoming talent from a diverse group of graphic designers and illustrators. The exhibition is a great way for the college's HND students to celebrate and share their creativity with the local community.
The college offers Art & Design courses at Ealing campus. Open Day events are being held at Ealing and Hammersmith campuses on 15 June 4-8pm: Open Days
