As an inclusive College the possession of a criminal conviction will not normally stop you from enrolling on a course but, because of our duty of care, you will be required to declare any criminal conviction or if you are being investigated for a criminal matter, at the point of completing enrolment. For students who turn 19 at the 31st of August in the year of study please note that you may be liable for course fees*, these will be higher if you live in a devolved authority area.
