The College has all the facilities you would find in a modern day professional kitchen. You learn the theoretical side to cooking, health and safety and food handling. I’m launching a pop-up restaurant here, the College have helped me so much. I want to have my own restaurant and show people who I am through my cooking.
The staff are welcoming, patient and I witnessed their drive, passion and professionalism in the way they set up the kitchen and ran the events.
This College is a great place to study. If you have a passion, you will receive so much support to help you get to where you want to go.
