Multiply - Various Courses

ABOUT THIS COURSE

You can take take part in Multiply if you are:

  • aged 19+
  • do not currently have maths GCSE at grade C (or equivalent)
  • live in London
  • have the right to live and work in the UK

Once you apply we will meet with you, discuss with you the support you need and your aspirations and we will sign post you to the right course.

ASSESSMENT METHOD

There are no exams but it may be possible to progress to an accredited functional skills course and qualification from Entry Levels to Level 2.

PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES

By building a strong foundation and gaining confidence in maths, you will improve your job and academic prospects with the possibility of progressing to a recognised functional skills maths course and improving overall knowledge.

Students have progressed into further study, including ICT, Care Work and English Courses. Students have applied for jobs in the NHS, Within Care Settings, and this will develop more as the project develops.

STUDY METHODS

These courses are usually take place one day per week and can be delivered with a combination of face-to-face with online practice and independent working.

Depending on the course you are doing, the duration of the course can vary from 1 to 2 hour workshops and tasters to 6, 12, or 18 weeks.
