Fees indicated are based on the current academic year (2018/19) and are subject to change next year.
For students under 19
Our courses & apprenticeships are usually free if you are 18 or under on the 31st of August 2019. Some courses have additional fees for things like materials and travel, which you will need to pay at the start of your course. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for financial support for these costs.
For students aged 19 or over
If you are aged 19 or over you may be required to pay fees. Some courses may be free, depending on your circumstances. Certain Level 3 & 4 courses require you to pay the fee in full or take out an Advanced Learning Loan to pay for your course. Please see our guide to fees for more information.
Students from outside the EU/EEA need to pay the full international fee for their course. Please note, West London College does not offer Tier 4 Visa Sponsorship for students to study in the United Kingdom.
This Practical course will introduce you to the skills of bricklaying and plastering. If you want to become a bricklayer or plaster this is the training you need.
This is a great course for those who know they would like to follow a career in the Construction Industry but are not sure which particular trade to choose.
You will spend half the year learning practical bricklaying skills and the other half learning Plastering.
This is an Entry Level 3 course and the emphasis is on practical skills with elements of theory and Functional Skills. English and Maths are an important part of your training and are essential for you to progress your career in construction.
Learning a trade can give you a good employment base for the rest of your life and there is almost always a need for skilled tradespeople. Your studies will hopefully lead to you achieving NCFE Certificate in Occupational Studies Plastering and an Ascentis Preparation for Employment in Bricklaying.
This is an Entry Level 3 course with no formal qualifications required. You must however have a real desire and enthusiasm to learn a trade within the construction industry.
You will need to meet the course criteria with both practical and basic knowledge requirements.
Successful completion of this course could lead to a Level 1 course in your preferred trade. Bricklaying or Plastering
This is a practical based course with most of the time spent learning your skills within the workshop along with elements in the classroom.
