Fees indicated are based on the current academic year (2018/19) and are subject to change next year.
For students under 19
Our courses & apprenticeships are usually free if you are 18 or under on the 31st of August 2019. Some courses have additional fees for things like materials and travel, which you will need to pay at the start of your course. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for financial support for these costs.
For students aged 19 or over
If you are aged 19 or over you may be required to pay fees. Some courses may be free, depending on your circumstances. Certain Level 3 & 4 courses require you to pay the fee in full or take out an Advanced Learning Loan to pay for your course. Please see our guide to fees for more information.
Students from outside the EU/EEA need to pay the full international fee for their course. Please note, West London College does not offer Tier 4 Visa Sponsorship for students to study in the United Kingdom.

Train to become a top plasterer by applying for our plastering course. You will be taught within our award-winning plastering department.
As a trained plasterer you could work on housing sites, city developments, domestic extensions and conservatories, new work, conversions or repairs. You might want the security of site work or possibly branch out on your own, become self employed and start your own business.
Plastering also has the additional advantage that much of the work is indoors and therefore little time is lost due to bad weather.
On the Diploma course, along with developing your practical skills you will learn a variety of subjects including:
- the various materials and their uses including fibrous work
- technical drawing
- calculating materials
- communications in construction
Plastering, Bricklaying, construction, Built Environment, industry, Health, safety, Repair and maintain, brickwork, fireplaces, chimneys, materials, exteriors, practical assessments
You will need to meet the course criteria with both practical and basic knowledge requirements. There are continuous practical assessments and a number of unit assessments.
Successful completion of this course will lead to an Intermediate course / Level 2 in Plastering.
This is a practical based course with most of the time spent learning your skills within the workshop along with elements in the classroom.
