Hospitality & Catering is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. The competition is fierce but the rewards can be phenomenal and our courses are recognised within the industry.
The College works with leading industry professionals to ensure our courses prepare you for this demanding and exciting career. Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey, Brian Turner and Mark Hix have all worked with our students.
On campus, we have an in-house 120 seat training restaurant, expert teaching staff and industry standard kitchens which are often used as filming locations for popular food shows such as Jamie’s Kitchen, Hell’s Kitchen and The Apprentice. This year we also hosted the Nestle Professional Toque d’Or Finals.
Students are encouraged to carry out work experience. Companies we have worked with include:

As a College, we actively encourage and push our students to be the best they can be in their chosen field. This includes taking part in local and national competitions, as this provides students with unique challenges outside the classroom that help to challenge them and develop new skills.
In 2017, three of our catering students entered the prestigious Nestle Toque d'Or - here they are presenting their Beetroot Tartare with Summer Rolls dish.
