Fee Information

Fees indicated are based on the current academic year (2019/20) and are subject to change next year.

For students under 19

Our courses & apprenticeships are usually free if you are 18 or under on the 31st of August 2019. Some courses have additional fees for things like materials and travel, which you will need to pay at the start of your course. Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for financial support for these costs.

For students aged 19 or over

If you are aged 19 or over you may be required to pay fees. Some courses may be free, depending on your circumstances. Certain Level 3 & 4 courses require you to pay the fee in full or take out an Advanced Learning Loan to pay for your course. Please see our guide to fees for more information.

International Students

Students from outside the EU/EEA need to pay the full international fee for their course. Please note, West London College does not offer Tier 4 Visa Sponsorship for students to study in the United Kingdom.


About this course

We are learning the GALILEO computer reservation system, in addition we have self study access to AMADEUS, SABRE and WORLDSPAN. You will learn coding and decoding, building a complete booking file, make changes to bookings, able to make service requests like meals, meet and assist and making flight reservations. Build multi sector itineraries plus much more. This Computer Reservation System (CRS) is commonly used in the aviation, travel and tourism industry.

Entry Requirements

A good understanding of English at minimum Level 1 and good numeracy skills are essential. All applicants will be required to attend an interview and sit an entry assessment test.

Assessment Method

You will be assessed by an end of course exam. Historically we have had a 98% pass rate.

Progression Opportunities

This qualification helps you to gain employment with Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Airport roles such as check-in and Accommodation services. You can also progress on to the Fares and Ticketing course.

Study Methods

The course runs for 30 hours (1 night per week of 3 hours for a 10 week period). You will have a dedicated specialist to help you through the required modules. We will have access to a mock live reservation system for practice and also have access to on-line lessons for GALILEO. In addition, you will have access to SABRE, AMADEUS and WORLDSPAN as self study options.
