About the business
Research Partnership is the largest independent healthcare market research and consulting agency in the world, helping clients from the global pharmaceutical, medtech and biotech industries to resolve business challenges and power their success.
The company has recently recruited 4 Project Management Apprentices in partnership with West London College. Karen Swords, Director at Research Partnership, commented:
“Managing the data collection phase of so many projects was causing a resources crunch for us and putting pressure on our executive team. The Project Management Apprentice framework means we can apply best practice principles which should mean a smoother delivery process for all.“
“I thought apprenticeships only applied to trades rather than the type of work we do and required a lot of management and organisation, but once I realised an apprentice standard already existed and that we could work with a local college who would help manage and deliver training, we couldn’t wait to get started.“
“West London College did the majority of the leg work, even running an assessment day for us which included specific individual and group tasks designed by us as well as covering the basics like English & Maths.”
