Young people and their friends and families came along to the first Open Day of the year to find out about courses and apprenticeships available with West London College at its Hammersmith and Fulham College this week (30 October). Made up of five colleges in total, West London’s other colleges include: Ealing Green College, Park Royal, Southall Community College and West London Construction Academy, which is run in partnership with Berkeley Group.
On the eve of Halloween, hair and beauty students were on hand to offer demonstrations in creating great looks for open day visitors to try out in dressing up for their celebrations, and catering students made delicious free mocktails for everyone to drink in the College’s Taste restaurant.
Courses available at the Hammersmith and Fulham College, include: Access to Higher Education, Business, Childcare, Computing and ICT, English, Hair and Beauty, Health and Social Care, Higher Education, Hospitality and Catering, Inclusive Learning, Professional Courses, Public Services, Sports and Fitness, Teacher Training and Travel and Tourism.
