Megan Walsh, Evolve Learning Group’s Apprentice Administrator, has been highly commended in the Ealing Apprenticeship Network’s Apprentice of the Year Award.

Megan Walsh, Evolve Learning Group’s Apprentice Administrator, has been highly commended in the Ealing Apprenticeship Network’s Apprentice of the Year Award.

The Ealing Apprenticeship Network Awards celebrate and recognise the achievements of Ealing Network’s Apprentices and the support given to them by their supervisors and employers, as well as to the training assessors who maintain high standards in assessment.

Megan started her apprenticeship with Evolve last year and has quickly become an integral part of the team, working diligently around the office and always ensuring the administration in the team is first rate. As a key part of Evolve’s work involves helping more young people into apprenticeships, Megan has also been instrumental in participating in numerous school tours and open days, sharing the experience of her apprenticeship journey to other young potential apprentices and inspiring them.

She also regularly interacts with employers, teachers and parents by providing them with a belief in the value of apprenticeship training through her own experiences.

As well as Megan’s Highly Commended award, we are also very excited that Lifestyle Projects, a company that has worked closely with WLC and Evolve with apprentices was  shortlisted for Apprentice Employer of the year. Lifestyle Projects currently employ Kamil Binkowicz and Pawel Wysocki who are doing Carpentry apprenticeships through our Construction and STEM Centre.
