Sharon joined West London College in October 2020 as an LSA agency worker, becoming a permanent staff member in January 2022.

In her current role, she works across Ealing Green College and Southall Community College, where she is responsible for supporting learners with a variety of SEN and disabilities. She enjoys watching the learners grow in confidence and striving to achieve their goals.

Sharon previously worked in highly regulated organisations, where she was responsible for the proofreading of key documents and is embracing the opportunity to work as a governor to promote the college’s core values.
