Sheila Fraser Whyte is a highly experienced education leader with more than 30 years’ experience in further education, apprenticeships, quality improvement, and strategic leadership. She has held senior executive roles across colleges, training providers, and national organisations, leading curriculum development, quality assurance, business growth, capital projects, and partnership strategies.

As Director of Sheila Fraser Whyte Ltd, she supports education and skills providers on curriculum, quality, strategic planning, business development, interim leadership, and funding strategies. Throughout her career, she has successfully led major quality improvement initiatives, secured significant funding through bids and tenders, managed large-scale apprenticeship and adult learning provision, and guided organisations through Ofsted inspections and regulatory compliance. She has served in senior leadership and board-facing roles at organisations including Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges, Richmond upon Thames College, Chesterfield College, Sandwell College, and Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College.
