You are earning less than £20,500

If you live outside of London, you are eligible for free courses if you earn less than £16,000 a year and are working full-time.
You are under 24 and it is your first Level 3
If you are under 24 and it is your first Level 3 qualification, you will be able to enrol on the course FREE, subject to meeting the entry criteria.
Advanced Learner Loans
You can take out an Advanced Learner Loan to pay for your Level 3 course if it is not free to you, either because you are over 23 years old or you already have a Level 3 qualification . You will not be credit checked if you apply for an Advanced Learner Loan and you will only start repaying the loan once you earn more than £25,500 a year.
Access to HE Courses
If you take out an Advanced Learner Loan to complete your Access to Higher Education Diploma, and then go on to successfully complete your university degree – you will not have to repay the Advanced Learner Loan. That could be a saving of over £3000!
Eligibility - UK Residency
You need to have been living in the UK for the past 3 years continuously to be eligible for free courses at West London College, depending on your circumstances.
