Matrix website 900x300

West London’s College now has full cross-college matrix accreditation. A distinction that supports its claim to offer the best college based Careers advice in London.

The matrix standard is an externally accredited quality framework which independently assesses and measures the information, advice and guidance (IAG) services we provide to support you with your career, learning, work and life goals.

The matrix accreditation means prospective students will receive impartial advice about their course and career options. The college is committed to getting the right student on the right course at the right time - if we think something isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you so and help you in the right direction.

Here are just some of the comments the matrix assessors made about the College following their visit:

“Throughout the assessment, the quality and commitment of staff was very evident.”

“Staff across the College are embracing CPD, upskilling and willingly working collaboratively.”

“Inclusive Learning (IL) provision and achievement is a success story within the College, as is the approach with Looked After Children and Care Leavers (LAC & CL) and ALS provision.”

“Safeguarding continues to be given the highest priority and is very effective […] The College has a rigorous and robust policy and procedure for supporting and promoting the safeguarding of students and staff wellbeing.”
