Seven Creative Media Production Technology Level 3 learners took part in the West London Film Hub Competition last month. The students worked on a short film with industry professionals and competed against teams from Uxbridge College and West Thames College. The project closely mirrored real working practice in the media production industry, with the results ceremony taking place at Global Academy in Hayes on 27 June 2023.
The group had 5 days to plan, shoot and edit a short film on either ‘West London – a great place to be creative’ or ‘Greening West London’. The West London College team chose ‘Greening West London’.
