At West London College, we have a number of ways to help employers access and nurture talented individuals from across the region, in turn, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

We offer a range of courses that can help you recruit new staff or upskill your existing employees, from apprenticeships to distance learning to bespoke training. In addition, we work with employers to help develop our curriculum, to ensure our courses are helping train the workforce of the future, and to offer work experience placements.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships help you to grow and enhance your business by equipping your workforce with new skills and qualifications. They provide tailored training, targeted to the needs of your workplace, helping you to respond to the ever-changing and challenging landscape. 

An apprenticeship combines practical skills alongside a knowledge-based qualification, which is gained through developing a portfolio that matches the needs of your business. With the apprenticeship levy and government incentives, now is the time for you to hire an apprentice or use apprenticeships to upskill your existing workforce.

Bespoke Training

We offer a range of bespoke professional development training courses designed to target your specific business needs. Our short courses, coaching, and other dedicated solutions can help engage, excite and motivate your staff, and increase productivity.
