Our offer is specifically designed to help young people gain the knowledge and experience they need to find and secure a good job – helping them progress directly to employment, an apprenticeship or further training.
Our programmes have been designed to help those not in education, employment or training:
Driving Ambitions is a specialist short course for those who have a keen interest in the maintenance of light vehicles, giving an insight into the different roles that are available in the retail motor industry. The course covers the theory behind car mechanics, how cars work, and how to work safely, and will enable students to have first-hand experience working on a variety of practical repair tasks on a motor vehicle. In addition, students will learn how to write a CV, as well as gain interview skills and personal management development, with a NCFE Award in Employability Skills.
