New Course, New Career 2024

As the countdown to the new year begins, West London College is delighted to announce the launch of our New Course, New Year courses designed to kickstart careers and create new opportunities. Why wait until September when there are so many courses for you to enrol on all year round?

With a focus on practical, industry-relevant skills from patisserie to teacher training from hair and beauty to construction skills, New Course, New Career is tailored for people seeking a fresh start and a pathway to success in high-demand fields. Each course is carefully crafted to provide a comprehensive understanding of the chosen industry while emphasising hands-on experience and real-world applications.

Sergio Linares, who after working for some years in hospitality was seeking a career change and decided to use our CELTA course as his launchpad to success. Now qualified after teaching in the UK to build up experience, Sergio plans to teach abroad.

Our patisserie programme is outstanding and earlier in the year a student of this course, Kai Whittaker was awarded Student Pastry Chef of the Year, highlighting the exceptional standard our curriculum produces.

Danial Bafghi runs his own business working as a ‘handyman’. He recently returned to college to complete a carpentry course, so that he can add carpentry to complement the services he provides, which include painting and decorating and flooring.

The first courses start in January and courses continue to run throughout February and March.
