TASTE Restaurant is our award-winning commercial restaurant at Hammersmith & Fulham College. With food cooked and served by the chefs, sommeliers and restaurateurs of the future, you will be welcomed by our warm and vibrant staff and students, as you enjoy an exquisite dining experience.

All dishes are freshly prepared by our skilled hospitality and catering students, supervised by expert chefs. We are part of The Chefs’ Forum Academy and some of the dishes for our special dinners are cooked during master classes with the UK’s leading visiting chefs. Our high-quality facilities have been tried and tested by the best, including Mark Hix, Jamie Oliver, Atul Kochar and Gordon Ramsay.

TASTE Restaurant is open to the public for lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during term time, and for a series of special dinners throughout the year.

TASTE Restaurant take away service

Will begin Wednesday 1st of October with the launch of new take-away options. We will be selling curries on Wednesdays and pasta on Thursdays.

Last take away service will be 25 June.

• Minted Pea & Watercress Soup (dairy)
• Devilled mackerel with beetroot relish and crème fraîche (fish/dairy/sulphites)
• Lamb Koftas with Cucumber Sauce (dairy)
• Korean Fried Chicken Wings with Barbecue Sauce (soya/celery/sesame)

Main Courses £4.50

• Baked Cod with Lentils and Pancetta (fish/sulphites/dairy/celery)
• Sauté Chicken Forestier, Buttered Leeks, Sauté Potatoes (dairy/sulphites/celery)

TASTE Restaurant Christmas Lunches

Will be for 3 weeks Wednesday 3 December to Thursday 18 December

Wednesday & Thursday booking form Christmas Lunch – Wednesdays and Thursdays

Friday – Booking form Christmas Lunch – Fridays

There will be one menu for Wednesday & Thursday and a different one for Friday, as the Level 3 Professional Cookery students will be in the kitchen preparing, cooking and presenting complex dishes for their NVQ3 qualification.

Typical prices are:
£9.50 for a 3-course lunch on Wednesday and Thursday
£11.50 for a 3-course on Friday
