Hair & Beauty Catwalk Show Impresses

West London College students dazzled audiences at the 2025 Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy Showcase, where students put their creativity, skill, and passion on full display. This year’s catwalk show embraced the past, bringing retro chic from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s into the 2020s, inspiring a vibrant fusion of innovation and artistry.

The annual event, a highlight in the college calendar, was hosted by Steve Bishop, Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment and Denise Charles, Head of Service Industries. Industry sponsors, from local companies including Scissors Palace, Dennis Williams and HARI’s salons, served as judges, selecting standout student creations for special recognition at the show’s close. Denise said: “Every year, our students raise the bar – but 2025 has set a new standard. Their talent, dedication, and fearless creativity prove they’re more than ready for the industry.”
