Christopher Taylor is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 25 years’ industry experience delivering projects in Consulting, Client-side roles and Construction. He joined Mace Limited in 2017 as Operations Director for the Defence and Security business. Prior to that, he was a Director at Deloitte for 5 years where he delivered high-profile major capital programmes for blue chip clients including UBS bank and M&G Prudential. This required setting up governance, procurement and delivery mechanisms to drive programme efficiencies and improvements.

Chris specialises in establishing and leading complex projects and programmes typically delivered in restricted and secure locations with high levels of security, technology, construction, MEP services and operations integration.

He brings the full gamut of project delivery experience, from initial concept, site due diligence, team appointment, design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning, to handover and migration.

Chris sees himself as a trusted client advisor who develops bespoke delivery strategies using value-driven procurement and construction methodologies that form part of a business transformation.
