Maxine Deslandes

Director of Finance

Starting her career in Local Government in her home town of Coventry, Maxine has worked for 4 large Local Authorities and the London Probation Service in various finance roles.  She worked for a large Further Education College for 18 years, undertaking a number of finance roles including Director of Finance & Estates. In November 2021, Maxine joined West London College as Director of Finance.

As a qualified accountant, Maxine has significant FE sector experience at senior management level and a proven track record of operational/strategic financial development and management.
