Steve has extensive experience in the education sector, having worked for secondary schools, colleges, and universities, for over 15 years. His career started in digital marketing, starting a website design and branding consultancy business whilst studying. Transferring these skills to further education, and gaining management qualifications along the way through apprenticeships, Steve has led teams to award-winning success.
At West London College, Steve is responsible for the student journey from first point of contact to enrolment, ensuring sublime customer service is embedded throughout. Steve is also focused on inclusivity at the college, as an active member of the equality, diversity, and inclusion committee.
