Distance Learning

Our distance learning courses are an easy and effective way to add to your skillset and CV, from your home, workplace or local library.

Distance learning courses offer nationally-recognised qualifications taught remotely – meaning you don’t have to attend college in person. Sessions are usually conducted using interactive eBooks, and live or recorded classroom sessions.

Studying a distance learning course will:

• increase your knowledge in a specialist area
• improve your work prospects and development at work
• allow you to fit your study and learning around your other commitments
• enable you to study in the comfort of your own home 
• give you the ability to set your own timetable and work at your own pace

Whichever course you choose, you’ll have a friendly assessor/tutor to contact by email or telephone for support and advice, and we also offer distance learning Access to Higher Education diplomas, designed to help you progress to university. We also offer a range of Level 2 distance learning courses, which are FREE, providing you meet the eligibility criteria.

We also offer a range of professional courses from project management (including Agile, ITIL®, Lean Six Sigma and PRINCE2®) to networking (such as CompTIA) to health and safety (including NEBOSH and IOSH) and more, via our partnership with e-Careers.
